I am a childbirth educator in the East Valley. I have a passion for learning and sharing what I know. I love teaching about birth and helping couples prepare one of the most unforgettable moments of their lives.
I teach privately and limit the class size to no more than 4 couples per class. As such, you have the opportunity to have a class structured to meet your needs.
My Philosophy
When it comes to childbirth preparation it is my goal to prepare expectant mothers and their coach to have a satisfying birth experience. This means you are in control of your labor and have the knowledge to make informed choices about your labor and the skills to relax and manage discomfort. Labor is unpredictable. It is important to me, as an educator, to help you prepare for the labor you want as well as unexpected events that may arise.
